This is a type of help at home service. These are services that help you live safely and independently in your home.

How it could help

• Installing easy access taps
• Installing grab rails in the toilet, bath and/or shower
• Installing a ramp
• Providing advice on areas of concern regarding the safety of your home
• Accessing technical assistance for major home modifications (that are not included in My Aged Care services)

How would I get this service?
Depending on your eligibility, it can be provided:

on its own, through the Commonwealth Home Support Programme, or
with other services, as part of a Home Care Package.
