The Smithery provides practical, down to earth coaching and mentoring for boys, teens and men who need support, direction and real life tools to move forward.
We help with confidence, motivation, emotional strength, routines, employment readiness, healthy relationships and life skills all delivered in a safe, relatable and judgement free space.
We also deliver Next Man Up, our government funded Kickstarter program designed for young men aged 15–17 who are disengaged, at risk, or needing a reset. This 10 week program builds emotional literacy, responsibility, decision making and positive pathways for the future.
