Reconnect is an early intervention program designed to assist young people aged 12–18 who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.

By stabilising their housing situation, strengthening family relationships, and enhancing engagement with education, employment, and the community, Reconnect fosters long-term wellbeing and resilience.
