Nourish Mind Soul Body provides Counselling, Trauma Therapy, Workshops and Retreats. Tania Comerford is a qualified counsellor (BCouns) and both Tania and Dean Comerford are practitioners in The Richards Trauma Process (TRTP). TRTP reduces depression, anxiety and stress in three sessions. We regularly see a number of NDIS clients. Our service is available in person in Point Vernon or online.
