As a leading Disability Employment Services Provider, our goal is to help those within the community to return to employment or study. We deliver a person-centred strengths-based approach to case management, where participants are an individual and not a number. Our focus is on ABILITY not disability and we do not push people into any role but work with our clients to find the right role and employer for them. Through one-on-one mentoring Mission Australia utilizes a person-centered, strengths-based approach to develop an individually tailored job plan based on your circumstances that will help place jobseekers into meaningful, sustainable employment and/or education where appropriate. If you are looking for employment or training opportunities and have a medical condition /disability that may affect the type of work you do (i.e. anxiety/depression, physical limitations, injury). We may be able to help you, at no cost! Our aim is to understand your strengths and abilities to better allow us to assist you on your path to achieve your long-term employment goals.
