Through one-on-one mentoring Mission Australia utilises a person-centered, strengths-based approach to develop an individually tailored job plan based on your circumstances that will help place jobseekers into meaningful, sustainable employment and/or education where appropriate. If you are looking for employment or training opportunities and have a medical condition /disability that may affect the type of work you do (i.e. anxiety/depression, physical limitations, injury).
