We are a registered service provider under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), offering NDIS support services across Australia. Our goal is to help clients make the most of their NDIS funding by enhancing access to services, broadening their choices, and empowering them with greater control over their lives.

In addition to our NDIS services, HV care also supports elderly Australians through the Aged Care Home Care Packages and the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)—government-subsidised initiatives designed to help older, frail individuals maintain their independence at home and remain active within their communities.
