PHONE CONTACT: An attempt is made to contact all families following the birth of their child. This can be to introduce the service and see if there are many concerns that the service link you with .
DROP-IN CLINICS Tuesday & Friday from 09.00-12.00. This is a brief visit to an open clinic setting to check the growth and ask any questions about the first weeks following birth.
KEY AGES CHECKS: Growth & Development Families are asked to make booking to our health checks clinics as per the PHR RED BOOK at key milestones from birth to 4 years.
