Bridges is a specialist mental health and drug and alcohol service with 25 years experience in delivering services across regional Qld. We also offer services for people who have been in prison to reintegrate back into the community. Bridges offers counseling, care coordination and case management services for people with moderate to severe mental illness. We also offer a range of interventions and support for individuals with problematic drug and alcohol use and support for family members impacted by someone else's use. This includes outreach drug and alcohol services for youth aged 12 and upwards. These services are FREE, funded by State and federal Governments. NDIS - Fee for service Bridges provide Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching for people with NDIS packages of support.
