Bridges is the longest established and leading provider of community-based mental health and drug and alcohol services in the Queensland Wide Bay and Fraser Coast communities. Bridges currently provides the following services to our Fraser Coast community; NDIS Support Coordination and Recovery Coaching, Community-based psychosocial (mental health ) support (ages 16 years and older), Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Treatment services (12 years and adults), Breakthrough for Families (BFF) for family members impacted and concerned by a loved ones use of drug and/or alcohol issues, and pre and post release support for people who have been incarcerated in the Maryborough Correctional Centre (CREST) and other Qld prisons.
